Wheels, the president needed

I've been looking at the rota wheels, some of them look amazing. Problem is they don't have many 18x7.5. So how wide could I go, Pres you have 18x8.5 on yours correct? They have a bunch of 18x8 and how low of an offset could I go without having to get spacers. I wish I could get the Rota P45R with the red lip but they are in 18x9.5 lol

Heres part of the list

More specifically though, I'd like these:

18x8 35mm offset - Silver

18x8.5 30mm offset - Hyper Black, Hyper Silver, Royal Steel Grey

I'd like the 18x8 or 18x8.5 wrapped in 235/40/18 Yokohama ES100 tires, how would those tires fit? My mind is spinning with all this wheel fitment stuff lol

Thanks

The 18x8'' w/ a 35 offset is a hair too low. with an 8'' wheel you're ideally looking for a 40 offset.

Keep in mind you can space out an offset that is too high (like a 45 to a 40 with a 5mm spacer) but if you're offset is too low, you're stuck.

The 8.5'' with a 30 offset has no chance of tucking (mainly in the rear)

Edit, and yes, my wheels are 8.5'' wide with a 38 offset

Ok, the guy said they could get the 18x8 and 18x8.5 with a 45 offset so that should be good then right?

No, 45 is too high for both, especially for the 8.5''. (stock offset is 46 on a substantially slimmer wheel). You could also use a 225 tire with the 8'' wheel and go with the higher offset (45), but that is as wide as you could go before rubbing the knuckle.

You could space the 8'' to a 40, but I don't really recommend using spacer's if you don't have to.
