One of them is the OWNER. Only 2 people I deal with and never had a hiccup and I have a total of over 12k in parts from them including my own parts and customers. I am always getting emails of sales and over stock parts. I am not making excuses for them but If you go onto thee site and realize how many parts they would have to stock to make everyone happy it would be impossible. One of my good friends made the trip down there and they take more phone calls a day and make more sales then you could believe. There is a reason they are a forturn 500 company you just have to talk to the right people.
Hey Talon,

I totally understand that, and I know you're not excusing them.

I know they got a billion and 34 orders per minute and that of course they don't carry all the parts.

But like I said in my reply to them... it is not the , not having my things in stock that pissed me off... it is the Bull CRAP they keep feeding me to avoid admitting that they screwed up, or forgot to order it, or what ever it is they didn't do.

Just tell me straight so I can take appropriate measures.

So yes..

I gave those "people" 2 options.

Sent it to me priority at their expense .

Or cancel the order and process my refund.

I personally hope they cancel it.

I'm ready to order from RRE!

Guys,

as you know I got the megan racing dsm O2 housing.

Now, the exhaust hole of this housing is much larger than my stock down pipe.

If I bolt them together anyways, will this still cause boost creep? I know it is better to have them all gasket matched, but all I care about now is to eliminate boost creep.

What are your opinions?

I don't think you'll creep with a stock downpipe, since a free flowing exhaust is what usually creates the creep. On a side note why the hell do you still have the stock downpipe?!?!

Ha... didn't know I was supposed to change it.

hey, It just dawned on me...

ok this will be hard to explain...

on the turboexhaust where the flapper opens and closes, on the turbine exit side,...

if the flapper opens and the gases flow out, there is a step (like a roof that the flow directly hits head on). I don't really want to do anything there because if I did, the divider wall will be very thin.

Should I just leave it? or remove that step so that the flow will flow unimpededly.

Thanks.

btw, still no word from Stupid Batards & Retards (SBR)

Pics coming up.

Update on SBR.

I spoke to Jeff and then the owner.

Had a huge fight with the owner. Insults flying back and forth.

After I demanded my refund he gave it to me without hesitation.

He emailed me back 5 minutes after and appologized for my bad time on SBR.

I accepted his appology and he replied with an email telling me that he'd do anything to make my experience better. He said,.. "just tell me what you want and I'll make it happen!!".

So I gave them a try.

They sent my stuff 2nd day air at their expense after I told them to just sent it ground, and that we are totally cool. Still he sent it second day air.

So Needless to say.. there was a happy ending.

SBR, arn't bad people at all.

Like talon said. Ask to deal with Mike or Jeff, and your buisness will be a good one!

Was not fair for me to bad mouth SBR, AFTER they redeemed themselves.

Anyways...

Pics coming up!

Just by a used one from a salvage yard and you and your'e buddys put it on. Prob cost you like $300.00 bucks. Or search ebay from time to time and other DSM forums and parts ads as well.

I'm having a bit of trouble connecting all the hoses to the turbo.

The stock piping (IC) doesn't have the nipple. (right after the intercooler). I have no idea what to do with the new piping with the nipple. I read it goes to the vacuum nipple on the turbo..

I think I have everything already filled on my turbo.

thanks!!

Also I still didn't receive the boost guage.

Do I absolutely need it to test drive the car?

Ohh and HAPPY 4th!!
And do I need anything extra to install this guage?
