Should of waited for me I get all my shit perfect. There is 2 people to talk to at SBR and you get results. 1. Mike Huml (Owner) 2. Jeff Bastein (Sales Manager) Jeff is the guy I deal with. If you ever order something call Jeff and tell him Adam told me to call you. He will not give you the run around and the sad part is most of the people there have no idea what the fuck is going on.

Hey Talon,
You're right. I wished I did order via you. I wasn't going to order from SBR, till I saw that MAP's install kit was lacking a bit. So I placed that order a bit later. and sinse I REALLY wanted everything in by Friday so that I could work in the weekend, I just had no time to wait and do it via via.
I wish I listened to you. I even had to ship the turbo express mail to me, so that it be here by friday... but all for nothing, because SBR can't get something simple straight.
I am SO upset.
Even yet I have no tracking number.

HA HAAA
"hairdryer"
But yeah man. I SPECIFICALLY asked in the beginning of my thread that I did NOT want to alter anything nor machine anything.
Now look what I'm doing. My manifold is on the CNC, and I'm grinding away.
My balls look like cocoNUTS!!!
can barely walk!

Man, I should have followed up this thread closely. I have an Evo 3 mani that would have worked great with your 16g.

I made a HUGE mistake with the manifold... but it ended up even better than what everyone else has out there (from what I've seen).
I messed up by boring out the manifold exhaust using the CNC mill. (everyone else has it coned inwards.
But I somehow managed to smooth out all contours and now I didn't mess at all witht he dividers and I have the biggest possible opening (not coned) for maximum exhaust flow.
I'll show pics soon. Not done yet. But curious to see what you all think.

I had enough with these idiots!!!
this morning I called SBR and Jason told me that my order was shipped!
Now I receive a mail from them:
Jerryll,
All the parts have come in to complete your order. We are out of BLUE silicone, would you be able to take Red or Black?
Thank You
Jessica

Slowboy Racing
I can NOT believe this.
Here I what I replied.
I thought the order has been shipped last night?! (That is waht Jason told me this morning).
I don't care about the color of the silicone as long as it is to temperature specs ( not sure if the color of the silicone is an indication of operating temperature).
I have been trying to get this order shipped for about 2 weeks now. Every time I call they tell me that the order will be shipped "this afternoon".
When I first ordered I called if all the parts are in stock. I was told that they were. I went ahead with this order (Monday the 16th) and 2 days after I tried to get a tracking number for the order I called SBR for 3 days straight throughout the day ...NOTHING. I tried ALL extensions... NOTHING.
I emailed SBR... NOTHING (STILL no reply).
After continuous BS I am being fed, I had enough!!
I spoke to Jason... he told me that the J-pipe was on back order, so I told him.. ship what ever you have (as I NEEDED this by Friday last week). He told me "ok". A day later I call back, and someone else picked up the phone and told me that a part was still missing .. "the banjo bolts". I asked him if it was the J-pipe or the banjo bolts. He told me that it wasn't the J -pipe, but the Banjo bolts. First I was told the J-pipe was missing, and now it wasn't the J-pipe. It was the banjo bolts. Every time I speak with someone , I am being fed a totally different story. The list goes on.
Yesterday I called Jason up again and told me that they will ship what ever they have (the THIRD time I was promised this) immediately. I called him up THIS morning to double check that the order was indeed shipped. He said that it was shipped last night. I asked him for a tracking number and told me it would be send tonight.
Now
Are you telling me that my order has NOT been shipped yet?
If it hasn't, I'll give you 2 options.
You expedite my order to me at SBR's expense, or cancel my order with a FULL refund!
I want you to know that I had my turbo charger (MAPerformance.com) shipped priority because I was told that the kit was IN STOCK and that it be there by Friday. So I paid about 87 dollars for NOTHING on shipping because I needed to work on my car that weekend.
I have no problem with you guys not having the parts, but to BS me around, and NO ONE there can give me a straight answer, and no one knows what the heck is going on , is unacceptable to me.
Again,
Ship me my order priority mail at your expense, or cancel my order with a full refund.
The forum I visit had conflicting opinions about your store. A friend of Jeff Bastein called "Adam" highly recommended your store, so I gave it a shot. Needless to say I made a very poor choice!
Have a great day.
Jerryll (a very disappointed customer).
Now my question is...
Is there any other place I can get a good kit with a metal J-pipe that is equal or better quality than SBR? for about 300 dollars?

I may need it anyways.

This is music to my ears. Let me know.
By the way, you should have had bought your stuff through MAPerformance. They are way in customer service and shipp free and right away their items. I have dealt with both of the companies and only Slowboy has given me a hasle when it comes to shipping my parts.

If you do not get your order with in a couple business days contact mike huml and he will do what he can for you or on Monday contact Jeff Bastein I can not stress this enough do not talk to any one else except these 2 people. One of them is the OWNER. Only 2 people I deal with and never had a hiccup and I have a total of over 12k in parts from them including my own parts and customers. I am always getting emails of sales and over stock parts. I am not making excuses for them but If you go onto thee site and realize how many parts they would have to stock to make everyone happy it would be impossible. One of my good friends made the trip down there and they take more phone calls a day and make more sales then you could believe. There is a reason they are a forturn 500 company you just have to talk to the right people.
