i dont know why the search is'nt working for me so i am just gonna post up anyway. I thinking of running a 20g for a 1g i really dont know what i need for it 255lph walbro i know for a fact will 550's work? like i said i dont know everything i'll need for this upgrade so help me out :)

also where can i find a tubular manifold for this?

If you want to run low boost (8psi) then it is ok. Otherwise, 550cc is too small for 20g. I already max out my 550cc (100% duty cycle) at only 11psi with 57trim.

Evo 8's run 560's and 19.5psi stock...sure 550's don't run the full potential of the 20g, but they are good for more than 8psi...

they are good forthe exact same amount of boost they are good for with any other turbo.

18-20psi.

If you arent'; runnign a 20g at over 20 psi, then you have no business bolting it up.


You don't need a tubular if it is true MHI and not a Hahn Super 20g (those use the old turbonetics manifold, but they suck so bad you might as well just get a eIII 16g)
You may have to dump a fan, and dimple the water pipe, or you can get a kinetic (rebranded and sold by slowboy) which definately means losing the fan.
A nice yahoo search wil net you answers.
