You can easily make 15 on a 14b.

It will push upwards of 20, but make sure you can support that kind of pressure/power.

Remember fuel mods as you increase boost beyond 15

What are you planning to use to tune?
If you go with Link, get the biggest injectors you can afford. Do it once and be done.
If you'll be going with something more along the lines of an safc/datalogger combo, at LEAST 550's for now (on the 14b), but something like 680's would be a good bet (leaves room for an upgraded turbo). Anything bigger (720+)and you'll start having issues leaning it out with the safc
You'll need an fpr to control that 255

why would you need 450's, or are you just getting them since you want the fuel rail, since the car comes with 450s, i think 17 psi is good till redline on the 14b,I think I read that if you go higher it just drops to about 17 psi going to redline neways

nobody addressed that the intercooler is the boost restriction. After 16 PSI the stock I/C starts to tank. Best to keep it around 16/17 till fuel mods are done and with a beter I/C the boost can be brought up a bit more.

oh my F'ing god.
I ran 16 psi bone stock fuelwise on a 14b.
IT can make as much as you want it to make, with in reason.
Stock I/c heatsoaks at 12 psi on a 80 degree day after a 1-2nd run from one stoplight ot the next. To say it sucks goes without saying.
