turbo to manifold (that one)
turbo to o2 housing
oil drain line
and probibly a exhaust manifold to head gasket assumeing it yank it from the top

also i'm not sure if the stock oil feed line works on the T28, recantly when helping a freind with his T28 swap we didn't think they would match up so just went braided SS. i think that's all.

the feed and drain lines both oil and water are literally a bolt on affair. There are no phyisical differenced between a t25/28 besides the bored out inlet to make way for the bigger compressor. the chra is the same just with better beefier bearings and turbo shaft. you should just NEED gaskets, however, some people DO reccomend new oil lines when swaping turbos just because they can get plugged up with debris over time. Stainless steel just has that cool factor too!

see my write up in the tech articles.

recommend a new o2 housing to turbo gasket, a new turbo to manifold bolt (or good used one) and a turbo to manifold gasket, and some hose.
For the others I jsut use "the right stuff" on the old ones, as trying new paper gaskets are darn near useless in terms of not getting a leak.

Take the turbo out the bottom... save a lot of unneeded work.

remove fan, remove drain from pan, unbolt the union in the oil feed, clip the rubber of the waterlines, and 4 bolts... and drop it right out the bottom of the car. Disassemble and transfer the water and oil lines while off the car, and remove the stud for a bolt.

BTW disconnect the battery first.

don't need a new oil line... If you are super paranoid clean it with some gasoline/kerosene/ATF

Other gasket/ bolt, JNZtuning.com.
Best prices and you can expect to get them VERY promptly. I usually got my orders in 3 business days with normal shipping.

hose and "the right stuff" @ your local discount parts store.
