Battery Cables

I seem to be having trouble with my battery cables. Sometimes they become loose making the car not start. So I have to get my ass out of the car, open the hood, toggle the battery cable ( the terminal cable) to get the car to get some juice. Can I somehow just change the cables out?
Help, Thanks

Joe

Just go to Autozone and buy new battery cables they aren't very expensive...mine do the same thing so I just hammed them on there and tightened them as tight as I could and I don't have that problem that much any more lol

Hey MItsubishiMike, would you by chance know where the O2 sencors might be. I think I'm having problems with that. My car is just running very odd right now.
Symptoms-
1- Low gas Mileage (220 max on full tank)
2- The engine is making these small ticking sounds
3- Car stutters at certain points in time when I am just accelerating
4- And I think I have a leak in my turbo (but I know how to check that, Just too lazy to do so) haha
5- Would the lights dimming and brightning be a part of the battery problem?

In conclusion, my car is a piece of shiet. O yea its a gs-t by the way.
Thanks

Joe

WHEN do your lights dim? Just randomly. If so then yes that is a battery/alternator/electrical problem. If you have an electrical problem then that could be causing other problems aswell with the ECU or other elements.

o2 sensors are on your exhaust. They aren't too hard to replace.
