This may not be your problem, but it sounds like similar to what happened to me on the way home from the beach this summer. Everything you described especially the way the engine shook and such. All it was for me was I had a bad spark plug. I took it to autozone before I knew the problem and they said my second cylinder was misfireing. Not saying that this is your problem, but just a suggestion.

You are 110% sure you have no boost leaks or vacuum leaks, and that your timing is dead on?

yeah for the timing i am 110% sure its right... as for the boost leak i tested it when this happend and that was good so lets say i am 95% sure that i dont have any boost leaks! : ) the thing is about the boost leak is when i got this car (after drivning it for acouple weeks) i did a boost leak test and i had a huge leak by where my intercooler met up with my upper piping in my fender well... but i wasnt experiencing any problems at the time when i was driving it, well atleast none like this, or that i noticed... and it was a big leak! could barely hold pressure....

I had a plug wire arc out inside the cylinder; when the boot was in, I couldn't see it. Took some electrical tape and wrapped the boot just to check it. New set of wires fixed it.

No, you couldn't tell by looking at it, I just wrapped some electical tape around the boot that goes down in the head for kicks, and it stopped missing. Just something to try.

Check all your vacuum lines. make sure they are plugged in.
Like on throttle body, intake manifold, air intake itself etc.
Make sure your getting enough fuel so check your fuel filter.
Also what fuel pump are you using?
Is your BOV recirculated?
Not much on the issue but check your spark plugs, check if there is any liquid on them if they are wet or not.
Check how clean they are.
Check your spark plug wires.
Make sure all sensors that you see are plugged in right.
Make sure that your CEL light is actually working when you start your car.
In other words does it light up when you turn the key?
Come back here after you do most of those basic check ups.

Take a picture of your engine bay I'll edit it and show you where and what to check. I'm almost positive what your problem is but we'll see.
