springs or coilovers?

Which is best? i know with coilovers you can adjust it but are they better than just getting lowering springs?

correct me if i'm wrong, but if that is your black eclipse, its already lowered. By the way, unrelated, what did u hit with that audiobahn system? I hit 144db with 2 flame compression 12's and an audiobahn 1800 watt amp.

The "Coilovers" like skunks and the plastic ones are cheap and kinda crappy. Lowering springs also cheap brands can sag and go even lower. A true full coilover kit(springs and sturt) are the best way to go.

Me personally go with a Strut and spring setup, it's a waist of money to go with coilovers if your not at the track every weekend.

Best IMO is a spring/strut set up as AWD stated. I'm on my fifth suspension, and Eibach Prokit springs, and Kyb Agx Struts is the best set up I've had. Did 2 different sets of coilovers never again.

I just don't understand the point of coilovers and camber kits :?
