stock gst rims vs 18 in rims

i currently have 18 in. enkei rs5's. i have my stock gst rims and i was wondering which rims i will get most performance from...the rs5's with air weighs 38 lbs. the stock gst rims with air is 40 lbs. both width of the tire's are 8in. thanks

Lighter is always better when It comes to rims. The less rotating mass you have the easier it is to rotate, so stick with the RS 5's when your looking for performance.

OH...well i just put the stock one back on and compared to the rs5 i dont get wheel hop...it cherps and goes...my rs5 cherps but take a while to grip. i think i might sell my rs5 to my cousin and buy a evoIII gt turbo..what do you guys think??thanks.

Sell the rims and buy the turbo hell ya best idea! Also if you are looking for good rims that are light and to me atleast sexy as hell......ROTA!

I am going with a set of Subzero's 17's gunmetal with polished lip with pretty good tires for the street. And 15's with falken drag radials for the track.
