GS brake conversion to GSX brakes - Team-2G Mitsubishi Forum

So I was reading about this conversion on 2GNT and it seems obvious to me that it is worth it. They only talk about the front brakes though (obviously because that is where a grand majority of the braking and weight transfer occurs). Can I put the rear brakes on too though? What would be a good suggestion for a rear brake assembly upgrade while I have my car up in the air changing the front brakes?

I know the GSX brakes are an upgrade for the GS-T but I'm not sure if they work on the GS..Probably though.
