Required posts for ROTM
I was thinking that there might need to be a post limit on ride of the month voting, like you can only post if you have 50 posts like we do for the classifieds, this would ensure no one makes a couple of names to vote for themselves more than once. I don't know if that's a problem or not but it is more encouragement for people to get their posts up and contribute.
