selling
It's pretty stupid that you have to have 50 posts to sell something over $50. I've been a member here for a while and read a lot of the posts, I just don't reply to a lot of them. So I can't sell anything because I don't post, that's ridiculous.

It's not rediculous. We have a FS/WTB section for contributing members. If someone joins in and doesn't post or do anything for 8 months and then all of a sudden has something he wants to sell, well that's just tough sh!t. This forum isn't a right, it's a privilege. If you want to sell something, be more active. Let us know that you want to help the community out, and we will help you.
If you don't like it, go to ebay.

Team-2G isnt here for people to sell things. Thats another reason for the post limit. This is a community of DSM owners. We happen to offer the Buy/Sell forum for the convienance of our members. If we didnt have this rule, everyone and their brother would be trying to come and post their garbage for sale.

Agreed. Become a proven member. That way people can buy with confidence and wont be scared to get ripped off.

i would like to say we do have alot of confidence throughout the forum aswell, just for an example not too long ago i got a xbox 360 sent to me for a trade i made over the site and i was liek wow these people really have trust. i don't know if that story even matterd but the moral was T2G >Ebay :)

Just goes to show where the rule is good. Members that make a name for themselves, and contributing to the community develop a sort of "trust" for each other, and reduces scams.
Just follow it. It's there for a reason. Simple as that.

Agreed, Team-2G isn't an Automotive Ebay... but Spooled Rotten Racing is! Heh, head on over to www.SpooledRotten.com if all you want to do is just buy and sell car stuff. G'Day sir!
