95 gs-t wont crank up, please help

hey i got a huge question. i he been reading your trouble shooting section on the 2gen dsm turbo eclipse and i need help. i have a 95 gs-t ad it wont crank up. i just got in for r&r from iraq and it ran great when i left. i got my wife to crank it up at least once a week and i have a turbo timer and it ran for 10 minutes at a time to get it nice and warmed up. my cousin came and put some miles on it so it wouldnt just sit the whole time in march. he was driving it and was going to bring it back on a saturday and drove it to work but did not have a ride back home so he got in it to come and take it home the next day and went to drive it and it would not crank up, it turns over just fine but wont fire up. i have changed the plugs, wires battery, fuel pump, checked all the fuses and relays, checked the coil packs to make sure it is getting spark, i have checked for compression in the cylinders, i have checked to fuel pressure to the fuel lines and i still cant fiqure out why it wont crank up. if u can help me out that would be great, thanks.

Uh, will i look that up in my manual, no. But if you have an advance auto parts around, they had the haynes repair manual sitting on a shelf, didnt have to order or anything. 20 bucks with tax and well worth it.
