I wanted to know everyones ideas from parts to get, that basically you can only get from Japan. My best friend is getting stationed there in a month, and he is going to be sending me whatever whenever when i tell him the parts to get. Soooooooooooo i need ideas from some more of the experienced dsmr's for parts basically only available over there.

Guess i should rephrase the first post then. Not dsm parts, but just and lot of general parts that i should get from japan.

See if you can find any HKS parts at a cheaper price then they are here. Then bring them back and re-sell or keep.

Well i wont bring them back. Im getting them sent, but yes thats one company i was looking into stocking up on.

1. your not going to find much for DSMs in Japan as they were made in the states, and have very few in Japan.

2. Be careful trying to bring parts in to the states. You do know that its illegal to use the APO for a business or personal gain right? Don't get caught or your friend will lose all of his post office privilages.

Well dunno about the DSM community, but from what I hear they have alot of scrapped RvR Turbo's (basically my van already turbo charged with ground effects) over thier. I sure could use the RvR turbo hood, bumper, side skirts and rear valance off a 96 model for my van :)

Gallant knuckles would be awesome.

If you are getting parts to resell, try on getting some evo parts as well. Bumpers, tail lights, head lights and everything like that. My .02

-bride has some great seats only avail. in japan as does Status
-find a sick personal or nardi steering wheel only available in japan.
-some sick kics project spacers
-some real JDM driver badges
- and if u have a 4g63 ur gonna find some great jdm parts that are usable.

If ur feeling generous Bride makes a seat only available over there with white and red maple leaves and it says japan under the bride.... just pm and ill give u my adress to send them to.

there are deff alot of universal items u can find for like the interior. there are not alot of jdm supports here due to the fact that our car wasnt made over seas only in the us. but theres deff a support over there for 4g63 parts
