Why wont get complete engines? Their cheap as hell there! usually with a milage of +/- 60k miles...

Maybe because it's easier to build one than it is to deal with getting one shipped over and paying for shipping from Japan to the states for something that big & heavy. Also the average person doesn't need a complete motor, just parts.
