home depot man i made the tee fitting myself only cost 9 bucks =) 3/8 tee adapter female fittings, the 3/8 hex bolt adapter, then i had a 1/8 thread on the end of my line so i got the 1/8 female to 3/8 male adapter.

The home depot stuff will continue to leak no matter what you do. I had done everything possible to get them to not leak and nothing helped. I finally caved in and got some quality earl's fittings and couldn't be happier.

It's copper actually. It will leak, if not right away, but within a month for sure. You should not have used thread tape either, thread paste is a better option.

Its actually brass and thread tape works great i tried the other stuff and it was ok for compression fittings and all, its a matter of opinion or what people like i guess.... its almost time to build the engine to handle 350HP! Happy Boosting to all.

I meant brass, not sure what my hands were doing when I was typing.

The reason you don't want to use thread tape is because if it breaks off into the line, you will have problems whereas thread paste will break up and you will be ok.
