gsx stroker!

Ok i'm asking this in here becuase this is were i would like to be with my car but i unfourtunatly drive the 4g64 so anyway........ I would like to know if i rebuild my 2.4 bottom end to handle boost and swap the head for an ever famouse 4g63t head, and internals in it as well, and I always hear good things about the 16g turbo but i dont know what to put in so what do you think i shuold do? I will also look into changeing the trans into a gst trans. Then later i want to convert to the awd set up so what do you guys think? Would that set up be a nice compalation of parts or am i waisting my time? And how much do you think i'm looking at ball park figures?

Your wasting your time and money. Buy a GS-T or a GSX and spend your money that.

And you talk about crankwalk. Pffft!

its not a total waste, but you need to do your research. you can swap on a 1g/2g head and bolt a turbo one it and run low boost for now just to get everything running right. then think about upgrading the motor internals. Just realize going into it, its not going to be cheap or easy otherwise everyone would be doing it.

I do not know much about the 4G64, but if you really want boost, then buy a stroker motor. Eagle makes a stroker crank that is better than the stock 4G64

With all the work you are looking at, its more than likely cheaper to sell the N/A and get a turbo and work from there. This will certainly be true if you plan on going AWD, but you might be able to squeeze in a budget turbo system.

If anyone needs a little insight on the 4G64 then I can assist with it.
