Some People Should Not Drive
Ok to day I went to a carwash where a friend of mine works to get my car washed, I parked and went to talk to him, a big Toyota SUV goes around my car and pulls up to talk to my friend and than right in front of my eyes the guy backs up into my car. What an IDIOT. but heres a pic of the damage and can some one tell me if my insurance has to pay because it was in a carwash parking lot.

SAME THING happend to me...except it wasnt at a car wash. the other persons's insurance has to pay for it
