Hello Team 2G!

Hey everyone. Just recently got an eclipse gs 1999. Its got 65k on the engine. Seems to be good so far.

I apologize to everyone for having to use photobucket. :( I wasn't able to figure out how to post pics up like everyone else. Its got a ding on the front and left fender. Need to fix those. I really have no idea whats been done to the car. But most things look stock. NO body kits. OBX-R muffler?(Should I replace this?). Aem intake i believe. Uhh anyways. Thank you so much for looking. Any tips or useful info will be helpful.

Welcome.

Don't apologize for using photobucket. (It's actually better than the other stuff), just apologize for NOT knowing HOW to use it.

Here you go:

Sorry again Do I have to post in another thread like the engine/performance to ask for what i should start doing to my car. I'm planning on maybe adding a low end turbo on it? I read as much as i physically could for the past three days.
i Know that some one on these forums turbod a stock 420a. I believe it was called the sleeper project. I also read that the internals of the 420a aren't too reliable, so i would need to start with the internals first? I'll probably begin fixing my car up ( No ricer, just start fixing up dents, cleaning up stuff and the like).
Anyways thanks for the help.

yeah i've been reading up. But quick question though. Should i attempt to fix the dents in the hood and front bumper, wait to replace them or get them fixed at a shop? Oh yeah I got the OBX-R muffler removed, so it no longer makes loud annoying sounds. However added fuel to her this morning and said service engine soon. i read up that it might be the o2 sensor. Another thing, I keep reading about people running 8psi turbo on stock internals. IS this true? Or is it too dangerous to think bout. Thanks.

My car runs 5-7 psi daily, on stock internals safely.

I already got the engine bay cleaned up yesterday. I had her washed as well. I'm planning on derusting the calipers. Recently i replaced the front rotors and brakes. I'm thinkig about buying some engine paint as well. But first and foremost I want to get that ding out of the hood. I'm thinking either wait and oem replacement or carbon fiber replacement. The drivers sides also got a dent. The interior is really grimey right now. I'm thinking about a simple vacuum and febreeze than later on replace the seat covers with some beige or tan leather to go along with the internals.

Sidenote: So 7psi is pretty safe on 420a stock? I'll read up on that. But i need to get another compression test done. I'll post up the data. Thank you guys so much :)
