1995 GSX SIXER

Ok after 8 attempts to see why I can't hold boost over 10psi after 5krpms is still a fail.
I'm at a total loss on why this is happening. I've checked all Piping and I have two pinhole (if that) on my elbow pipe. Don't think thats the cause anywho I can hear hallowing inside the valvecover/pvc area and some on my Boost gauge. I'm certain the large portion is in the Valve Cover part and I have no clue why? any ideas?

where are you doing the BLT from?

Also, your pcv valve is prolly F'd. I'd get a new OEM one, along with an inline check valve if you already haven't done this.
