What does this noise mean?

After putting my car back together from my timing belt/waterpump job i have this noise and it sounds like its coming from the cam shaft pulley? it looks like its wobbling a little? The car idles fine, oil pressure is fine, shuts off fine...

I would recheck your timing marks just to see how they are. I would recheck your crank pulley. I want to say the torque spec is 205 ft/lbs? Don't remember 100%. Haynes manual says it.

VFAQ says: Install crankshaft pulley and torque to 25 Nm (18 ft-lbs.).

They do have balance shafts and most are eliminated during rebuilds for more HP. Some say they are a potential problem too.
