Go to autozone and have them scan your car.

Yeah, white smoke with a hint of a sweet scent usually means head-gasket went pleh...with the car cold, take the rad cap off...then start the car and let it idle and check for any air bubbles or small pockets coming up from your coolant where you removed your cap at...old school-back yard way to see if your head gasket took a dump...although its not ALWAYS 100% accurate, mind you.

Any news on the compression test and/or code checking?

I found out that my seals around the spark plug tubes are leaking, so when I changed the plugs, it drained into the cylinder chambers. I don't have the tools for a compression test, but what i did do is pulled the lug wires one at a time while running. Cylinders 2&3 are not firing. My first thought might be the wires, or coils packs. After reading the first post, is there anything that could have knocked 2 cylinders out at the same time when I rev'd the engine??

It is obdII it is under the dash on the driver side right next to the gas pedal. It might of fallen out of the holder just search around for it. They are going to tell you they can not scan it just tell them it is obdII.

There is the possibility that it is "OBD 1.5" 95's were split... some were OBDII while some were some weird version that has come to be known as "OBD 1.5". It is not OBDI but also not OBD II.

There is no such thing as OBD 1.5 on DSM's, Its either OBDII or Pre-OBDII (OBDI), your car is 95 so it is pre-OBDII and autozone will not scan it you have to take it to a shop that has a compatable scanner. BTW OBD 1.5 was used in chevys.

OMFG It is OBDII I have a 95 fucking ECU in my car in order to run DSMLink. Go there and just tell them it is OBDII or just tell them it is a 96.

I found it thanks. But Now it really dosen't matter. I tried to move it to the carport to work on it and it wouldn't make it up my driveway, much less make it 20miles to autozone.

OK, I changed both coil packs and the ignition module. And being I changed the plugs already, I don't know what else I can do. I'm sure it is a ignition problem, but what else is there?

I don't know what a MFI is. I gapped the plugs myself. But I haven't changed the wires yet.

Your MFI/MPI would have nothing to do with spark, seeing how it controls fuel.
