everything lines up but the exhaust and intake are not 100% perfect.. hmm

Did you rotate it 6 times by hand AFTER you removed the pin from the tensioner and let it sit for several minutes? That does seem kind of odd that they're not lining up correctly. One last thing i see you still have your balance shafts are they in phase correctly?

yes 6 times by hand yeah they are in phase, i think its all lined up im going to fire it up tomorrow and see what im working with.. if its off what will i notice vibration and noise?
