3 problems and in need of help

ok so the first problem, i have a 1996 mits eclipse spyder gs the head lights turn on fine but get stuck on and i have to pull the fuse under the hood to shut them off how can i fix this without out spending to much money and second problem, im running 225 40zr18 88w tires with my car being lowered 1" 1/2 and im runnin into tire wear problems on the inside of my tires i was wondering what my best bet is with maybe getting smaller tires or rasing the the car to 1" and third problem my radio has just shut off and i can figure out what the hell is wrong with it its not a fuse and all the wires run correctly but i was having problems it shutting off and on in the past whats my best bet with all of these problems

Second problem:
The uneven wear usually come from a misalignment, not camber. Check that first.

First and Third problem:
Spend some money and purchase a multimeter as an investment. Takes the guesswork out of wiring.

Screw a multi just get a test light. I used to use a multi and I now find a test light to be 100x easier and much faster.

Also if you like your ride height I suggest maybe pulling out the wheel wells and trimming them up a bit.

As for the radio I'd consider running a relay and a fuse straight from the battery. Some 12ga should be more than adequate
