wooo it started. Congras

Ok on to the problem.

From what I heard it was the belt. Remove the Ault belt, not required to start. and run for a short time.

do you know this head on that motor? ( IE is it your old head? ) R U talking aboutt he squeal sound? it was hard to hear over the belt but I did hear it on shut down. VERY possable it's a cam related problem. Did you prime the motor? ( I think I did remember you said you did. )

VERY hard to tell from the vid but did you check if the cam spun free when torqued down with out the rockers installed?

The reason I asked about the head is that the cam caps are unique to each head and to the placement. In other words you can not swap the cam caps spots or head with out alinehone/line boreing the cam bore.

Remove the V cover and rear cam caps. you don't have to take the T belt off just yet. Remove the caps and check for damage. Check out that the rocker is not falling off and it alined with the valve and cam.

we replaced the valve seals and we put the caps on the right way after...its not that, its coming from around the t-body...once we have all the water hooked up, hopefully it goes away.
