I just got my car in February and have had fun taking care of it. I've decided to start modifying it now, so I got Dynolicious to give me an estimate on my starting WHP. That's when I get to the bad part :( The first few runs were reporting disappointing data... 145 whp! Where did it all go? I was under the impression that I would be getting around 172-175 at the wheels from my 210 hp at the crank. WTF?

Its not accurate...

It once told me that my stock focus DD had 430whp lolz

Go to a real dyno

the estimated horsepower is a iffy, if you play with the settings, you can get it somewhat right. everything else seems to be pretty accurate tho

Even if it were accurate, your car might not (most likely not) be running 100%.

Mine said my 2g had close to 600hp o-0, almost doubled what the dynapack dyno told me i had.

thanks for all the replies. I figured it wouldn't be running 100%, especially not with the 112k it's seen. But it should still be running somewhere close. I think I'm just gonna take it to a real dyno tomorrow or later on in the week. I wanna see what mods give me what in terms of hp and torque.
