Anyone else having a hard time shifting?

My car is shifts really hard now through most of the gears. Like i will have to force it in sometimes.

Is this clutch related cause i think i need a new clutch.

Sorry if this is stupid but i am new at manuals

Can you feel a grind when going into gear?
Do you hear any weird noises?
If your not getting any of the above then its probably bushings either at the shifter or the eyelet.

mmmm, It grinds into reverse every once in a while and it did grind into 4th but i think thats because i might have had a lazy foot.

I have to push the clutch pretty far down for a smooth shift. I dunno if this is normal.

As far as noises, every once in a while when it gets tight ill throw it into second (dead stop) and it will clunk and throw it into first and it will clunk but its not like hardcore and its pretty rare i have to do that

I had a shitting ass time with my tranny for a while refusing to go into gears. It got to the point I would have to punch the shifter into third. First problem: Clutch fluid. Its just DOT brake fluid (incase you didn't know), and my master cyclinder was low. Most shifting problem fixed. Second problem: clutch adjustment. Ingauging to low (past the floor board for R sometimes).

For a 2G the cltch fluid is next the the brake master cyclinder on the drivers side of the fire wall. Check out the visual map of the under hood (link in another thread here) to sight it in. The cap unsrews easily and just fill it to the max line with DOT 3. Cycle the pedal a few times and check to see if it needs refilled further.
