'99 Black Gs-T

My friend just bought a turbo MR2 but the turbo doesn't work. He was looking at getting the turbo repaired instead of buying a new one. I was wondering if any of ya'll in the SA area know of any car shops that do good work on turbo repairs, or if there are any shops at all. If you maybe know of one that is somewhat close to SA like Houston/Austin that would be helpfull as well. Thanks.
