Two of my friends and I have been trying to figure out how to do something. Lately everyone has been converting their windshield wipers to just one wiper that goes all the way across and I saw a pic of an eclipse with just one. It looked so bad it looked just like a race car with it. We don't know how to do. Kind of stumped all three of us. So if anyone might know anything about it it would help us decide if we think its really cool or not.

Are you serious? I think it looks totally ricey :shock:

I doubt there is any 'bolt on' application for doing this, probably all custom.. but I'm not sure, i couldnt find anything on it.

No it looks bad looks just like the race cars you see. Not Nascars. We just want to find out what would be involved to see if we would do it or not.

i might have to come to your town throw up on everyones cars then leave. My bud did that mod and showed everyone it...... then i pissed on his car. literally and everyone made fun of him when it snowed b/c it wasn't the best idea. needless to say its rice.

Remove one wiper arm add bigger blade to other...fool proof

Well we don't really have to worry about snow around here. It hasnt snowed here in about two years. And last time I checked an eclipse is considered a ricer. Sorry to tell you guys that. So doing something ricey isnt goign to change it. You can put the deepest exhaust on it and put a supercharger on one. People wil still call you a ricer because of the car. If I have to be called a ricer to drive around in my car then so be it it doesnt bother me. People hate on everything most of the time its because they are jealous.

i did it to mine a while back. i kinda liked the way it looked but it wasn't that great when you had to use it. what i did was turn on the wipers, then when they reached their furthest wipe point shut off the car so they stay all the way up. then remove the drivers side arm and position the passenger side arm so it is at the farthest edge of the windsheild on the drivers side.

Last time i checked a dsm was not condisdered a ricer or at least the 4g63t wasn't. Import yes. If you drive around with altezza's spoilers body kits neons etc. then yes you will be considered a ricer. never once have i been called a ricer even with my chevy and ford buddies or guys at the track...i have a convertable and still i don't get shit only that its a girls car but thats more of a running joke with my dsm crew.

i strongly disagree with that i don't think that at all. if it is done write and it looks good i don't think it is ricer at all

i never did get the hole aluminum spoiler crap
sorry but i agree with AWD on this one. cars with the whole neon and big ass spoiler thing is so ricey. i like the stock body the way it is, that is the GSX, i say just add some rims, drop it, add a nice intercooler on the front if its turbo, if it has an aftermarket exhaust system have the muffler pointed the way you want it, maybe add new head lights and leave the damn thing along. as in visual wise
