Ok well the last couple of days i have been trying to figure out if i should powder coat my valve cover or should i get it painted. I have the 420A engine (i know nothing great) but i want it done so it look good. I want the 2.0 dohc done in silver then i want the cover done in the same color of my car which is a monarch green pearl. I dont know if a powder coat will match this that great because i havnt found neone with the color that will match my car. But I was wondering if i got it painted would it mess my shit up. I have call a couple of body shops around my area and even a place that does powder coating but the assholes are so lazy they dont call back. So if you know anyone that will do what i want in that color for a decent price let me know. Plus for the paint you would prob need a high pressure paint or would it be a high pressure clear coat?
