I've done some searching but I don't know exactly all what's needed for a 2gb conversion. Anyone able to give me a list?

I thought so. The only thing i was worried about was I had to get a different hood or something. When I'm replacing the front bumper, am I able to take off that foam/plastic piece without harming anything?

yea dude just dont get into any accidents its an impact bar but other than that its 4 bolts that i think are either 12 or 14 mm but i could be wrong nd it maybe a 10 mm

+1 and to the OP you need the foglight bezels which are a PIA to find.

All you really need is the headlights and the bumper. I bought a new blitz front bumper and it was the 2gb type and all I had to do was get a pair of those halo projectors. $150 shipped on ebay. I wouldn't recomend them because they suck, but that's all you really need.

I was thinking about upgrading to a 2gb because I am replacing my front bumper anyway due to cracks and it being warped in places. I'm not interested in a body kit, just a secondary choice to my 2ga.

But then again, I don't mind a FMIC with a smiley face bumper. Kinda looks cool if you ask me.

Anyways, here is a full run down off the top of my head:

2gb OEM headlights. All aftermarket headlights look like shit to me.
2gb front bumper cover
2gb fog lamps
2gb fog lamp bezels
2gb sideskirts and end-caps
2gb door caps!
2gb rear bumper cover
2gb reverse lamps.

I did this conversion but I did 2ga talon-->2gb eclipse. I dont know if youll have the same problem but for the rear bumper try to keep you "L" shaped brackets that hold the rear bumper up on both sides. It is a PITA to try to properly mount the rear bumper without those. Every one has basically told you all you need. You probably already know your current headlights will leave a small gap between the inside corner of the headlights and the 2gb bumper. I actually have some extra bezels. And when you get the 2gb fogs make sure its the complete fog light INCLUDING the mounting bracket. Also the 2gb fogs wont directly plug into your current 95 fog light plugs. What I did was I just cut off my 95 plug on my car and soldered on the 97-99 plug. Really easy.

BTW do a 2gb Talon conversion. That will be different and 2gb Talons are getting very rare.

I've thought about doing a 2gb talon, but my car has been put to rest for now due to lack of funds. Gotta work 2 jobs to support my family since we have no car for my dad to get to work.
