HID Retrofit, baby.

You can't get that from a kit. Spend the money and retrofit. Or FAIL.

I was using Acura TSX projectors + 85122 D2S burners and PIAA Ion Yellow Fog Lights

That looks right to me. I would retrofit instead of buying the kit for the HIDs. The retrofit just looks much better.

It means using projectors off a tsx in our headlights to achieve the best/cleanest lighting compared to just sticking HID bulbs in your head lights. Personally i dig the light given off by the retrofits but just hate projectors so much. That's why i just stick with the good old fashion silverstars.

Do the retro. There is just no other option if you want true HID's. On the fogs, I'll inatall some Blazer foglights that I bought from HIDplanet.com. I will put an HID kit on them aswell, only they will be 3k.

Seems like the Retro Fit would have been the way to go for me. However, I've come too late and have a 6000K Maxtel Kit installed on my car and have enjoyed it. Do you all think there is that much of a diff that I should change to a Retro Fit TSX deal? Thanks for the help.

See the glare on the kit? See the nicely defined cut-off line on the retro? Not only does retrofitting LOOK nicer, it is SAFER because it keeps your headlights out of the other drivers' eyes.

About 300 to 400 depending on type of projectors, ballast, and bulbs used. Not including time spent to do the retro.

My self, I spent 125 for TSX projectors, 125 for Hella gen 3 Ballasts, and 50 for Phillips bulbs.

So about 300 my selft, but they could go for more or less.
