I'm putting a K.I.T.T. light in the front of my car. but I need to mold a housing for it. What can I use that fiberglass won't stick to it?

I need to cut a hole 22 7/8 by 1 3/9 in the front bumper. the I am going to try and make a box to go inside the hole to put the light in. but going to try and make it look like the bumper was made for it.

22inches? Maybe if you show what a K.I.T.T. light is or an example of what you want to do ppl can help you out better

Might make for an interesting show car mod.....but if I see you in person daily driving with it I can't say I wont laugh.

I'm sure you can do if you play around with some fiberglass for a little while. I've seen some weird shit done with it.

Oh shit, you've woke up the Rob-o-nator. He'll get you!!

EVRNHM9 is your bumper fiberglass or poly? I'd really suggest getting a fiberglass bumper if you don't already. It'd made the project a lot easier in the long run.

This is the K.I.T.T. car, it was in a television show a while back. He's referring to the red light on the front of it.

Look, I know that I am going to get some laughs and smarta$$ remarks. But I think it would be cool looking. Besides, I don't think it is any different than putting those neon lights under the body

Do you have the light itself? And do you feel comfortable cutting on your front bumper? If so I'd say get you the fiberglass and supplies and have at it. It's your car. But I do have to say if it's not done right then it will most likely look funny. Keep us posted on how things turn out, should be interesting.

Wouldn't that be marked as a distraction to other drivers just like neon? I can bet you will get pulled over.
