FMIC bumper fitment

whats up everybody i was just wondering i know alot of people on here have fmic's how many of you took out your bumper support out? I took mine of and im regretting it the bumper doesnt seem to have any rigidness to it. Also my friend hacked up the bumper to get it to fit with the fmic any suggestions? New bumper for sure!

I took out my bumper, my bumper cover fits fine... I think your bumper might be warped, cause its saggy...

You should have mounted your FMIC like this for the most support.

And trimmed your bumper like this with a dremel.

Make some brackets that go underneath the headlights. That's what I did on my RS-T, but I don't have any pics of it. Just get some 90* L Brackets from a hardware store and some straight pieces of metal or something and bolt everything up to give it some support underneath the lights.

Just the other day I ended up doing this, If you cant fit the fmic with the bumper support. Even if its hack to shit, Just cut the middle straight off and bolt the two ends back on and you will have some mounting holes so your bumper doesn't sag. I dont have the car here to take a pic, So I just took a old pic and edit it. I'll try getting a pic of that and also some progress pics soon.
