Red Halos
Hey guys, I had a foggy headlight after a rainfall so I decided to take it apart and fix the leak. Along the way I figured it'll look sick if I swap out the white LEDs in the halos with some red ones. I know I'd prolly get pulled over if I'm caught driving with them on in Toronto ..so I won't, just when I'm parked :D
I'll post some pics once I'm done

Pardon my headlight ignorance, but does that mean your have no more lowbeams? Or are the halos your highbeams?

Sorry but didn't bother with a detailed write up since it wasn't too hard. Simply baked the headlights, then separated the lense, bezel and housing and pulled out the halos. Desoldered the 3mm LEDs lighting them up and soldered on 5mm red water clear ones. Then I just put everyone back along with some clear silicone sealant. :D

gobigblueuk4, there's a couple of threads on how to bake head/taillights, can't remember which but it's easier to just search for it
