SlowPos, I had that same unit back in January February this year and it was cool the first few weeks but I hated it after that. Sound quality sucks, controls stink and I the screen got stuck once in a while after a month or so, but I guess thats what you get when you buy from a foreign country. No complaints about the picture though, good quality!

Well I was browsin' through the local bulletin board (if you guys even have that where you live) and I came across a '95 Talon TSi 5spd for $2500 obo. I am gonna go look at it thursday if it hasn't sold yet. has 180k miles on it tho. If I get it first thing I am gonna ddo is a performance rebuild lol.

Yea man that sucks. I had a similar incident in my BMW. Not as bad though. I was texting and I went around a corner a little wide and took out a trash can. Only thing I messed up was the passenger mirror but being power It was an expensive text message.

I dont know if the guy still has it, but I found a 1991 tsi awd for $1,000 but it needs a rear-end. I'll try looking for it tomorrow.

Yep, it is currently in the body shop. Once it is out I just have to throw on an intake, and tap out the PCV valve slot on valve cover and I am good. :D

Yes, sir. And The plans I have for it are COMPLETELY different from what I posted earlier this year. I am buying another 1.8L block and head soon (hopefully in December) to do the build on. Once I get started, I will post an updated build thread with the new plans.

He bought it off of an individual. I havent seen it yet, but it's a drifter body kit so I guess it could turn out ok. He's going to have my dad paint it for him (my dad has some mad painting skills btw) in like november.
