I went with the Silverstars. They are pretty bright and not extremely blue looking like those "cool blue" lights. Only thing is that Silverstars run about $50 for a set, so $100 gets you both high and low beam.

I used to have Silverstars as well, pretty decent bulbs IMO.

You get what you pay for. If you want reliable and brighter headlights without much modifications, Silverstars are your answer.

Had Silverstars in mine, they were pretty nice and i'm still rockin them in my Fogs. But i've got Nokya Bulbs now, they're MUCH cheaper and just as bright and better looking IMO. I have a lot of people ask me if i have an HID conversion with them in now.

Get the silverstar high beam bulbs and put them in your low beam location. A little modification is needed. Just cut out the inside spacing of the new bulbs, (did mine with wire cutters and a small file) and they should slide right in to your factory bulb harness. I have done this quite a few times to freinds cars, trust me, you wont be dissapointed.
