They guy who painted my wheels did....they look good for the most part

they have some dirt specs and some fish eye and he suggested that I sand them down with 3000 grit wet sand paper and then hand polish them. Now he owed me so I just paid for the paint he used his own gun and such to make it happen.

NOW how do I go about doing this? I have done this anyone with experience doing this can help me out? No one with "I've heard if you..." stories thanks

Never done it, but really wish i had. My wheels have a pretty rough finish.

Seems pretty self explanatory though. Take a bucket or water and some 3000 grit sandpaper, put paper in bucket, proceed to send wheels, re-wetting paper as needed. :)

Yeah I got that part thanks :) As in how much do I sand till or what will it look like when Im nearing the end before polishing. Also whats this polishing part about? Im just afraid I scratch through the paint. Here's 1 so far I havent seen the rest my buddy sent this to me via cell phone
