Hi, I'm a real newbie to the Eclipse/Talon world and was wondering if anyone could shed some light on my ignorance. I'm going to look at a '95 TSi today that's for sale and am thinking about purchasing it. I'm just wondering, if I buy a body kit that was designed for an Eclipse, will it fit on the Talon too? Sorry for the stupid question but any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!! -jAy :roll:

yeah, it should be put on just as easy, just get someone who knows how to do body work good. when you order the body kit just specify its a talon.

wait wait wait. The rear lights are differnt sized. and i belive the front head lights but i don't think so. I know ther rear lights are different sized and also reverse lights are different. If you are good at body work yes it can be mold on with out too much work. But its not the perfect fit.

ok a talon a 95-96 talon will have the same headlights as a 95-96 eclipse adn a 97 talon will have the same as the 97 - 99 eclipses other than that the front will be identical. as for the rear the taillights are different. when you get an eclipse rear you will need eclipse taillights and reverse lights i belive the 95 eclipses have the ones by th license plate and all newr ones have the roud ones.

95-98 talon headlights = 95-96 mitsu eclipse headlights
on the rear bumpers your going to have custom make some brackets for the eclipse bumper to work.

I also hear that talon fenders and eclipse fenders are a little different, not totally sure but you might also want to check that out.
