I have a friend here in Phoenix who put on a custom kit in his 3G, RS. He used a modified 4g63 exhaust manifold and some other parts I can't remember, but he's not rebuilt, so he's running <5lbs on it right now and trying to get rid of some phantom knock. As far as I know, there are no turbo systems available for the 3G. It can be done, but you need to do some serious research. I suggest a book called Maximum Boost by Corky Bell. It will tell you all you need to know about turbocharging any car. Then you just need to figure out how to make it work for your application.

Not only that but it's well known that the 3g is expensive to get it fast, as the 2g is rather easier to get a little bit of power with simple upgrades ;)

Max Rev makes a turbo kit for the 3g and it costs around $3,000.
Here is a link to the kit if you want to check it out .
